Ask, and Ye shall receive!!!

If it is in HIS will! YES! We are submitted to PGN as of today. As we have stated before, this is the last major step in the process and should take about 4 weeks, BUT, we have seen(and know people) who are past that point right now(some WAY past). We have also seen people be approved in as little as 3 weeks. Please pray that there are no mistakes with our papers in our file, and that they are correct and pleasing to the PGN attorneys who will be reviewing them. After PGN approval, the final adoption decree is signed(which makes the adoption final and legal, and most importantly means Kinsey is OURS!), her new birth certificate is issued in our last name, final medical exam/2nd and last DNA appt, and finally the PINK slip is issued which is our Embassy appointment to pick up Kinsey and bring her home forever!
